By accessing our website, purchasing the BlackDotPay card, or using any of our services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BlackDotPay.

2. Description of Services

BlackDotPay provides a physical crypto debit card that allows you to spend supported cryptocurrencies at merchants worldwide and withdraw cash from ATMs. Services include KYC verification, card issuance, crypto-to-fiat conversion at the point of sale, and related support.

Services are provided "as is" and subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
You must complete our KYC verification process.
Services are not available in prohibited jurisdictions (including sanctioned countries).
You must not be on any restricted or sanctioned persons list.

4. Account and KYC

To use the card, you must provide accurate and complete information during registration and KYC. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and wallet details.

We may reject any application or suspend accounts if information is inaccurate or verification fails.

5. Fees and Payments

One-time card issuance fee: $100 (payable in supported cryptocurrency at current rates).
No monthly or annual fees.
Conversion rates are live market rates at the time of transaction (no hidden spreads claimed).
Third-party fees (e.g., ATM operators, merchants) may apply and are your responsibility.
All payments are final and non-refundable except as required by law.

6. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

You agree to:

Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
Not engage in fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing.
Not use the card for prohibited goods/services (e.g., gambling in restricted regions, illegal substances).
Secure your card, PIN, and wallet private keys.
Report lost/stolen cards immediately.

Violation may result in immediate termination and reporting to authorities.

7. Risks and Disclaimers

Cryptocurrency values are volatile; we are not responsible for losses due to market fluctuations.
Transactions are irreversible once confirmed.
We do not provide investment advice.
Services depend on third parties (Visa network, payment processors, exchanges) – delays or failures are not our liability.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology on our platform are owned by BlackDotPay or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlackDotPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the card.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or legal requirements. You may close your account by contacting support.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
